We had a lovely stay here with the Atkinson. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. The price was very reasonable. The town of Dungloe is a 10 minute walk where one will find restaurants.
Have just returned to the Ukx after spending another weekend in Dungloe. As usual I stayed at the River House B&B. However, on this occassion I pitched up up 16 friends!! Did we get a substandard service? Not at all. Anthea and Ken took it all in their stride. A brilliant weekend was had by all and just confirms that Dungloe is a place to base yourself when visiting the Wild Atlantic Way and the River House is definitely the number one place to stay!

We have just returned from a memorable weekend based in Dungloe - couldn't have picked a better choice of accommodation. Anthea and Ken are terrific hosts and go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable stay at the River House. A hearty breakfast fortified us enough to ensure we reached the peak of Errigal and enabled us to soak up the celebratory Guinnesses that followed as we sampled all of the hostelries of Dungloe (a feat in itself as there are seven of them!!). Don't delay - book today - you won't be disapointed!!
